Liquid applied flat roofing?
Roofing technology is changing all the time and no longer does a flat roof need to be hot bitumen and felt. Today, many of Brighton's homeowners choose to use a cold applied liquid flat roof.
Not only is liquid roofing safer to fit, but it comes with a raft of other benefits, such as:
- Being very fast curing
- Low odour (almost odourless)
- Useable at low temperatures
- It has an attractive finish
- Domestic and commercial use
- It's extremely versatile
Is cold applied flat roofing better than other materials?
Well, that depends on what you're looking for, but cold applied flat roofing is affordable, quick to install, can stand light foot traffic (so it's good for balconies) and it's very fast curing (you can walk on it in around 4 hours!) What's more, unlike some other roofing materials such as fibreglass, it can be fitted on a damp day.
How much does it cost?
Well, as you'd expect, that depends on several factors. Whilst it's not the cheapest flat roofing material available, against other roofing materials (which may not look as attractive or last as long) it's very competitively priced.
